Competition House Rules

Photography is not permitted during competitions while events are in progress, helping to ensure a respectful and appropriate environment for all participants.

Competition photography is provided by dkphotography.

No Filming

Filming is not permitted at any time during competitions within the Royal Hall.

Line Up Photography

Following results, parents and guardians may be invited to take photographs during the presentation of winners and group line-ups, as directed by the compère.

Trophies/Shields

If your child is fortunate enough to place first and receives a shield or trophy, please ensure the trophy book is signed before leaving the competition.

This helps us keep an accurate record of all awards issued and ensures they are returned ready for future competitions.

Changing Rooms

During competitions at the Villa Marina, the two bar areas located on either side of the Royal Hall are designated as changing rooms, one for female dancers and one for male dancers.

To help maintain a respectful and appropriate environment for all participants, changing is not permitted in public areas such as corridors or hallways. Access to the changing rooms is limited to dancers and their parents or guardians only.

We kindly ask that everyone respects the privacy of those using these spaces at all times.
